  1. Still no luck finding a definite link to Flo’s Johnny. The mother of the guy Jurcazak lived in Chicago not Yakima. It’s not easy finding rosters from Yakima Training Center where several air corps guys trained. But the group in the plane crash originated from Topeka. I wonder if Chicago might have been the connection when she visited there before ARC. Wasn’t there a Chicago conference? Did she mention meeting any Johnnys?

    I’m not absolutely sure the initials on the last photo are HW. The ‘W’ could be a stylized LD. Do you know Maj. Duncan’s first name?
